Building a scalable design system for U.S. Bank

U.S. Bank's Wealth Management team offers financial strategy to a wide range of clients. To service the varying needs of their customers, they created multiple sub-brands that cater to different wealth segments. U.S. Bank looked to Huge to develop a modular design system that can scale across all these brands.

Process involved:

User Research, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, Art Direction, Visual Design, System Design, Production Design

Understanding customer goals

We started our design process by workshopping and auditing existing Wealth Management properties. This gave us a better understanding of the various financial goals for different customer segments. It also helped us to determine the types of content the design system will need to support.

Scaling for every sub-brand

Each Wealth Management sub-brand has a distinct visual identity. We ensured every module we designed can flex to support different fonts, color themes, and image styles.
